ELASTOSEAL Protective Coating System ELASTOSEAL WALLCLAD is a single component waterbased acrylic coating, formulated to provide an outstanding flexible and moisture resistant barrier. Low odor, ultraviolet resistant and micro-porous properties, makes this product ideal for maintenance and new construction application. USES: Concrete Structures Metal Structures EIF Systems Wood PACKAGING: 1, 5, 55 Gallon Units COVERAGE: Theoretical coverage of one coat at 6-7 mils wft, is 225 square feet per gallon. Two coats are recommended. Total dft 6-7 mils TECHNICAL DATA Volume solids 55-60% Color White, Variety Finish Semi-gloss Dry Time @ 70°F 30 min. touch 18 hrs. recoat 72 hrs. full cure Tensile elongation @ 150% Tensile strength @ 150 psi Flexibility range -15° to 200°F SURFACE PREPARATION: Concrete & Porous Surfaces: High pressure water clean to remove surface contaminants. Chemical etch may be required. Metal Structures: High pressure water clean (3000 psi) to remove loose paint, light rust or surface contaminants. Heavy rusted areas should be wire brushed or abrasive blasted. ELASTOSEAL METAL PRIMER should be applied to rusted areas. APPLICATION: Open seams, joints, and cracks should be sealed with ELASTOSEAL JOINT MATERIAL or urethane caulking. ELASTOSEAL WALLCLAD can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray (30:1, ¼" to &frac38" hose, .019 to .023 tip). Apply first coat at 225 square feet per gallon. After 18 hours, apply second coat at 225 square feet per gallon. CLEAN-UP: All mixing and application equipment should be immediately cleaned with water.
